Patricia Lauer

I have been providing therapy services in Arizona for over seven years. I completed my Masters Degree in Counseling at Ottawa University.  My training and experience have included work in community health settings, crisis work, school settings, hospital settings, in home settings with family preservation, and in private practice. 

       I have been blessed to work with a diverse population from infants to the elderly, which includes helping individuals, teens, couples, veterans, and group work. I have training and experience in working with domestic violence, substance abuse, suicide prevention, crisis, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, postpartum disorders, and marital and family issues. 

    I tend to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy but find it important to let the client's needs guide us in the right direction and what will be most useful in providing positive change.

   When not providing therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and hiking. I am also a football fanatic.
