About Me

As a first-generation Latina, it brings me joy to work with those navigating putting their
mental well-being first and breaking generational cycles.

I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2022 and have been providing
individual and group therapy services in Arizona since 2024. I graduated with my Master
of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2025 and
completed my internship with Trauma Healing Services providing therapy to victims of
crime. My training and experience include working in community mental health on crisis
teams, providing crisis hotline support, and in outpatient clinics.

My experience working in the crisis field has provided me with the opportunity to support
clients of a diverse background. I have a person-centered approach that allows for
flexibility throughout client sessions. My trauma-focused background of working with
victims of crime has led me to developing interventions skills using parts work (Internal
Family Systems), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy, and Polyvagal Therapy.

When I am not providing therapy services, I enjoy reading and supporting local
booksellers, baking, being crafty, spending time with friends, and going thrifting.
